Lately weather are so freezing and has made me blue ( sick ).
First of all I would like to apologize to my respective lecturer because I did not come to class since I'm not feeling well. I tried to force myself to come but I can barely stand up straightly. So I went to the clinic and got myself a MC.

Have you guys heard about CMC? CMC stands for Computer Mediated Communication. It is about when any human interaction occurs through two or more electronic devices. It is seems that education taking whole advantages through CMC. CMC is divided into two types which are asynchronous CMC and synchoronous CMC.
Asynchronous CMC means communication that not synchronised. It messages are not exchanged and replied to immediately (or not expected to). There are several examples of asynchronous CMC such as E-mails, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, internet forums, blogs and also message boards.
Synchronous CMC means synchronised communication between participants. It means messages can be exchanged and replied immediately (often expected to). The specialty of synchronous CMC is it allows direct communication with the participants. For example, internet chat rooms, messenger, video and audio conferencing.
CMC has made learning become more easy and convenient for long distance participants. It allows teacher and learner to interact without being in the same location such as by the use of E-lectures, video conferencing and E-tutoring.
However, CMC also has its pros and cons. The advantages can be clearly seen when learning has no distance barrier. But in the negative sides, we can see that learner will have the lack of socio-emotional and nonverbal cues and also lack of real human contact.
From the article, the research on CMC-aided language acquisition shows a great potential, both for language and
intercultural learning. It also tells me the aim of
CMC in intercultural learning can help to improve language teaching and learning, hence there is a
interconnectedness between language acquisition and intercultural learning. From the article, it also state that implementing
CMC in designing authentic experiences is not a trivial exercise, but it needs careful consideration both of
the software and learning outcomes. I understand that for selecting the most suitable delivery technology instructors
require perfect understanding of intended discourse goal.
